What Do You See: How Does God Speak Through What You See?
Edition: The Seeing Eyes of The Prophet (Jeremiah 1: 11-14)
In Jeremiah 1: 11-14, God (Jehovah) and Prophet Jeremiah are having a conversation. God is showing Jeremiah certain things including a branch of an almond tree and a boiling pot. The moment Jeremiah “sees accurately” and interprets what he sees, then, and only then, God leads the Prophet into the next step of directing him. First God shows Jeremiah a branch of an almond tree. Then God asks Jeremiah what he sees. Jeremiah captures and interprets correctly what God shows him. Then God says – “ You have seen well, I am ready to perform my Word.”
What Do You See Today
What is affecting your life that you are unable to see where you are at in life ? May you find solutions to the situations you face today by becoming aware of what God is showing you daily. It could be the clouds, the waves, the flowers, trees, children playing on streets, or even just a fallen dry leaf on the grass. You could meet an old beggar on the street or a tree branch on the side of the road. You could be seeing the raging cars and angry people, raging children, a broken glass and more in your encounters of life. Whatever it is you are facing today, ask God to “show you something”, so you can “see”, and then God can perform HIS WORD in you and through to solve your problem.
What Happens When You Don’t “See Accurately”
The principle here is; God does not perform His Word, if we don’t see accurately as prophets or as God’s Children. God never fails in performing His Word, however, He operates by the principles that surround His WORD. Seeing accurately is a prophetic requirement. But if we don’t “see clearly or accurately” then God does not take us through to the next stage in showing us what He wants to do next.
Remember, God does not just throw His word around aimlessly, but He will sow His Word into those who are prepared to “see” accurately. That means, God now understands that you and Him are on the same page. He is comfortable in performing His Word through you because He knows you have “seen” captured, know and understand what He is showing you. In other words, you have captured the mind-set of God, and He can now perform His Will in and through you.
Friends, a lot of the times, we don’t get the answers for situations we are stuck with in life because we do not see clearly what God shows us daily.
How Can You See Clearly
In order to see clearly, we must create an awareness of the daily occurrences and encounters in our lives. We awake each day to being surrounded by certain events and people in our lives. Even through nature and creation God shows us certain things, just like He showed Jeremiah the almond tree. Take a notebook and journal them when God shows you things. Sit down and meditate for few moments today and ask the Holy Spirit to reveal JESUS (the Wisdom of GOD) in what He shows you.
When God is leading you on a specific path in your journey to manifest your purpose and assignment on earth, the power to see clearly must be harnessed as you walk as prophets and children of God. God has imparted His Prophetic breath in all of us, and so, you too are capable of “seeing” accurately what God is showing you today.
I Prophecy that You Shall See
I prophecy that you shall see accurately today. By releasing this post, I impart the seer’s anointing over your life. I pray that you will discern between good and evil and that your spiritual eyes be unveiled to see what God is showing you today. May the Lord God bless you today and make His face to shine upon you for many generations to come. And as you live long, may your spiritual eyes continue to see what your generations and bloodline did not see. Your individual and generational breakthroughs manifest when you see clearly and accurately.”
