The Triad of Existence: Exploring the Connection Between Spirit, Mind, and Brain

I have been a follower of JESUS , the Light, for my entire life, as I was brough up in a home where the Bible was the foundation for our living. Forty years later, I have now become a deep seeker of Light, Love and God. The more I seek the God-State of Man, the more I appreciate everything and how the Spirt, Soul and Body are all in unison to give man (mankind), and us a greater manifestion of life in this universe. I started to appreciate the work of neuroscientists, pyscholigists and Bible preachers and teachers on how God works through them with their gifts to help humanity. At times spiritual seekers can forget to create balance between the 3 states pf man to create the wholeness in our spirit, soul, and body connections. This is a powerful state of being, if we get an undersanding of our complete being. Hosea 4:6 says ” we are destroyed for lack of knowledge.”
As humans, we’re complex beings comprising multiple facets that interact and influence one another. The relationship between our Spirit, Mind, and Brain is intricate, with each aspect playing a vital role in our overall well-being. In this blog post, we’ll delve into the connection between these three aspects and explore how they shape our experiences
The Spirit: The Divine Spark Within
Our Spirit is often seen as the divine spark within, connecting us to a higher power or universal energy. It’s the essence of our being that transcends the physical realm, allowing us to tap into a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. When we nurture our Spirit, we open ourselves to guidance, wisdom, and inspiration that can help navigate life’s challenges.
The Mind: The Realm of Thoughts and Emotions
Our Mind is the realm of thoughts, emotions, and consciousness, shaping our perceptions and experiences. It’s the domain of our creativity, intuition, and problem-solving abilities. When we cultivate a positive and growth-oriented mindset, we’re able to approach life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
The Brain: The Physical Organ
Our Brain is the physical organ that processes information, controls bodily functions, and influences our mental state. It’s the hub of our nervous system, allowing us to perceive, process, and respond to the world around us. When we take care of our Brain, we’re able to think clearly, make informed decisions, and live a life that’s aligned with our values.
Casting Our Cares
In times of uncertainty or stress, it’s essential to remember that we don’t have to carry our burdens alone. As 1 Peter 5:7 (NKJV) reminds us, “Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” By surrendering our worries and fears to a higher power, we can experience a sense of peace and freedom.
Empowered Living: 2 Timothy 1:7
In 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV), we’re reminded that “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” This verse highlights the transformative power of faith and the potential for living a life marked by:
Love: Understanding How GOD defines LOVE. Embracing compassion, kindness, and empathy towards ourselves and others.
Power: Understanding How defines POWER: Tapping into our inner strength, resilience, and potential.
Sound Mind: Understanding how GOD defines SOUND: Cultivating mental clarity, focus, and wisdom.
No Fear: Understanding how GOD defines FEAR. Living with confidence, courage, and trust in a higher power. Fear is created by doubt, anxiety, worry, which in turn create trauma and setbacks.

For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success
